Leeks we sell washed and sorted in different calibration. Very populair is size 20-40, it is for producer most suitable to make and sometimes has a lower price. If the calibration need to be more uniform, the sort 30-40 can be very suitable, it requires more calibration efforts from the producer, so price can be slightly higer than the sort 20-40. Besides that we offer the calibration 30-50, some customers like this size if they sell by piece, so it require less labour cost to put the product in foil. For soup purposes wen can deliver the size 20-30, but it is not always available, it means on request.
